Abordando desde o fato histórico em 1934 que deu a sua criação física , passando pela sua formação jurídica através da lei 2180 em 1954, assinada pelo Presidente da Republica Getúlio Vargas vigente na época, até a sua estrutura atual. O quarto e quinto capítulos encerram o trabalho, abordando a influencia que a Organização Marítima Internacional exerce sobre o TM e por fim a a nalise de alguns casos julgado pelo Tribunal Marítimo e sua respectiva repercussão na mídia. |
| Abstract: | This work has as main theme the Brazilian Maritime Court, dividing into five chapters. The first chapter discusses summarizes the first people to start browsing, and the need to create laws to harmonize maritime interaction between them and their host states. Second and third chapters were exclusively in the Admiralty Court. Approaching from the historical fact that in 1934 gave his physical creation, through their legal training through law 2180 in 1954, signed by the President of the Republic Getúlio Vargas prevailing at the time, until its current structure. The fourth and fifth chapters contain work by addressing the influence that the International Maritime Organization has on TM and finally the analysis of some cases tried by the Admiralty Court and the related media coverage. |
