Serão descrito de forma sucinta alguns fatores determinantes na reestruturação do setor naval brasileiro, como os investimentos do PAC, as encomendas feitas pela Transpetro e expansão do segmento de apoio marítimo. Neste documento é analisada ainda a questão da evasão por partes dos profissionais mercantes, fato este de altíssima relevância para a comunidade marítima em especial para os armadores, que não tem assegurada uma tripulação para suas embarcações. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to show the current job market of the officers of the merchant marine and as the strengthening of industry influence directly in that market. They will be described briefly some determining factors in restructuring the Brazilian shipbuilding industry, as the investments of PAC, the orders placed by Transpetro and expansion of the offshore segment. This document is still considered the question of escape by the professional merchant, this fact of high relevance to the maritime community in particular for ship owners, which is not assured a crew in their boats.Keyword: job market for the officers of the merchant navy, the official evasion and expansion of the offshore segment. |
