| Description: | Os oceanos possuem grande importância para o planeta Terra, pois é considerado como uma extensão da superfície terrestre, possuindo uma vasta fonte de minerais, alimentos e também servindo como via de transporte, por isso com o decorrer dos anos houve um grande amento na preocupação com o meio ambiente. E com isso tem sido de grande preocupação como o esgoto que não passa por um tratamento adequado pode impactar no meio marinho. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a discussão da importância que os oceanos tem para o planeta, realizando também uma comparação das leis que regem o território de água servida dentro do território nacional e no território internacional para preservação e proteção do meio ambiente marinho. Também abordara como é realizado o tratamento dos esgotos a bordo e quais os meios existentes para o tratamento desses efluentes. |
| Abstract: | The oceans are of great importance for the planet Earth, as it is considered an extension of the Earth's surface, having a vast source of minerals, food and also serving as a means of transport, so over the years there has been a great increase in concern with the environment. And with that it has been of great concern as the sewage that does not undergo an adequate treatment can impact the marine environment. This paper aims to discuss the importance that the oceans have for the planet, also making a comparison of the laws that govern the territory of wastewater within the national territory and in the international territory for the preservation and protection of the marine environment. It will also address how sewage treatment is carried out on board and what means exist for treating these effluents. |
