| Description: | O tráfico de pessoas se constitui como um crime de caráter transnacional e tem se intensificado ao longo dos anos, movimentando anualmente 30 bilhões de dólares e assumiu um destaque na agenda internacional através das ações de prevenção e erradicação, como o Protocolo de Palermo (2000). O enfoque do presente relatório consiste na compreensão do fenômeno de tráfico de pessoas no Brasil entre o período de 2016 a 2019 através dos relatórios nacionais e internacionais sobre como o crime se constitui e o perfil das vítimas, bem como a motivação dos aliciadores e qual sua finalidade e meio de transporte, com ênfase no mapeamento dos espaços marítimos. Por intermédio de entrevistas, coletas de dados, revisão bibliográfica acerca dos escritos sobre o tema foram avaliados os padrões e tendências que os números apontam. Observa-se que existe a necessidade de melhoria em relação ao mapeamento de dados marítimos, tendo em vista a entrevista realizada com a área de Proteção Legal do Cáritas e nota- se que os esforços do país têm avançado lentamente através da agenda de 2030 com o III Plano Nacional Dissertação (mestrado) - Escola de Guerra Naval, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Estudos Marítimos (PPGEM), 2023 |
| Abstract: | Human trafficking is a crime of transnational nature and has intensified over the years, annually moving 30 billion dollars and has assumed a prominent place on the international agenda through prevention and eradication actions, such as the Palermo Protocol (2000). The focus of this report is to understand the phenomenon of human trafficking in Brazil between the period from 2016 to 2019 through national and international reports on how the crime is constituted and the profile of the victims, as well as the motivation of the recruiters and what their purpose and means of transport are, with emphasis on mapping the maritime spaces. Through interviews, data collection, and bibliographic review about the writings on the subject, the patterns and tendencies that the numbers indicate were evaluated. It is observed that there is a need for improvement in relation to the mapping of maritime data, in view of the interview carried out with the Legal Protection area of Caritas, and it is noted that the country's efforts have slowly advanced through the 2030 agenda with the III National Plan |
